What a wonderful place to stay and an even more lovely island. The tiny house was just what we were hoping for, it was clean, cool, comfortable, quiet and most of all relaxing. We loved the use of the kayaks, the deck, how easy it was to check in and the quick response from the owners. Everything was close and in walking distance and visiting the other islands was just a short drive away. I’m so glad we got to experience the wonderful little flamingo tiny house. The resilience of Matlache is truly inspiring and we most definitely will be back again to stay at the tiny houses in this most beautiful town. Thank you for having us.

The unit was clean and bright, they allowed our puppy, the loft view from the Iguana unit looks over the water and you see the Sunrise. - just beautiful and we had a wonderful time!

We stayed at Matlacha Tiny Village over Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved it. The tiny house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere in Matlacha is so peaceful and charming, and the location made it easy to explore the area, enjoy the water, and catch beautiful sunsets. What really stood out was how thoughtfully everything was set up, it felt private, comfortable, and perfect for disconnecting for a few days. The village has such a unique vibe and made the whole trip feel special. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet Florida escape with character and charm.

Perfect location right on the strip in Matlacha! We were able to walk to shops and bars. The cottage is too cute!!! Loved being able to take the kayaks out whenever and explore the waters! Can’t beat the price and amenities! We can’t wait to go back!

Great tiny house! Clean & comfortable. Great outside area too. Only thing I would add is hooks to hang things on like towels and clothes. An extra mirror somewhere too would be helpful. Communication with the host was prompt.

Home was clean, well stocked. Great "yard" with deck, ample seating for beautiful morning coffee. Kayaks were awesome to explore canals and see dolphins and manatees. The little town is safe for walking around.

The house was very clean and kept up nice. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the whole decor. The ac worked very well and if you needed anything or had a question the owners were always available. I would recommend this property to others without question. It is pet friendly and a big bonus for us was sitting out back on the dock listening to music and watching the fish jump
