Achei incrivel o lugar. Fica a 4 minutos de carro do parque, mercados e a avenida principal. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. Limpeza e atendimento 10. Voltaremos com certeza.

Para passar um ou dois dias, está ok. Perto dos principais parques aquáticos. O proprietário foi bastante atencioso na entrada e saída. Estava tudo limpo, mas um pouco mal conservado (ventilador, torneira da pia). Falei um pano de pratos também, fez falta.

Ótimo para passar as noites

O local é perfeito para quem busca acomodação a preços mais acessíveis e não se importa com luxo. Bem limpo, estrutura boa para acomodar até 5 pessoas e quer um local proximo aos parques, possui geladeira e microondas, alguns copos, pratos e talheres e uma área de serviço com varal e tanque. Os dois quartos tem ar condicionado,ventilador e uma smartv na sala. Se você planeja passar os dias inteiros nas atrações da cidade e quer um bom lugar para tomar um banho e dormir, o Flat Thermas te atenderá muito bem.

Bom custo benefício

Bom custo benefício para quem não exige de luxo e precisa apenas de um local para dormir enquanto visita a cidade. A pousada consiste em mini flats com sala, cozinha com microondas e geladeira, quarto com ar condicionado e cama de casal, wi-fi, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico, área externa no fundo para secar a roupa - que foi muito útil. O atendimento foi feito pelo Fernando - que responde prontamente qualquer solicitação via whatsapp muito cordialmente. O local estava bem limpo quando chegamos (ainda cheirando com o produto de limpeza). Como a cidade é quente a sala pode ficar um pouco abafada - pois a sala não tem ar condicionado, mas dá para resolver ligando o ar do quarto no máximo. Muito próximo ao parque Thermas dos Laranjais. O único ponto negativo é que a região ainda está em desenvolvimento e a rua é meio feia. A pousada tem 2 entradas - uma em cima e outra que dá acesso a rua debaixo que é quase em frente ao hotel Celebration.

Excelente estadia!

Viajei com a minha família e adoramos o Flat Thermas Olímpia. O atendimento foi excelente (avisamos que chegaríamos de madrugada e não houve nenhum problema), a localização é próxima ao Thermas dos Laranjais e o flat tem Smart TV, internet e tudo é bem limpo.
