The room was beautiful right off the ocean water. Would definitely come again
Room was clean. Just hearing the ocean while you sleep.
But then them stairs will take you out but is expected if you want to be by the water.
Beautiful property, but the stairs to get there are no joke. Don’t bring a crazy amount of luggage, you’ll be huffing and puffing even without it. However, the view makes it worth it.
The staff at this property are amazing. I needed a room change because my room was super hot and the AC wasn’t working, and without any hassle they changed my room and gave me a beautiful one.

The location was great! Right in the busy area of Uluwatu, walkable shopping and restaurants, and also right next to the beach and you can walk to padang Padang when it’s not high tide!

Amazing ocean front views! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money, however, I don't think I would stay again. There are approx. 200m of stairs to get to the hotel. Can be challenging for some, especially those who like to explore outside the property. There are porters to assist with your luggage. The hotel restaurant was a little overpriced compared to restaurants in the area. Scooter rentals, massage services are available. If you're able-bodied, I would recommend staying at least once for the stunning views.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, you have to take over 200 stairs down to the hotel. I had somebody sleeping outside my door in a cubby. It’s the weirdest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However, the views were spectacular. I didn’t get in there until late in the evening and it was kind of scary trying to figure out where my room and reception area was. My room smelled the bathroom was located down in a little dungeon area.
Absolutely breathtaking, unique, dreamy hotel! The staff was extremely accommodating, there are scooter rentals onsite, the restaurant is delicious, and we could see the entire horizon right from bed. The beach is stunning with shells at every step. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful view but an inconvenient place to stay at, lots of stairs. Great I am sure if you are a surfer, but not ideal for most other travellers.

Very great location but would be very difficult for many travelers to access. Over 200 stairs and varying heights and shapes.

Property is beautiful with amazing views and spacious rooms.
Customer service itself was good, but services and facilities are too poor.
Hotel was lovely with a fabulous location. There are approx. 200 steps to get down to the location then more to get to the hotel but the hotel do warn you of this in advance. They also have porters to help carry your luggage if you require.
Room was a bit dated but has character and the rope lounger aboce the ocean is nice and relaxing to sunbathe on.

The property is quite nice only until i reserved the room, (perhaps my fault) did i realize the stairs are a killer for a 73 year old.
The view at Le Cliff is beautiful, but unfortunately that was the only real highlight of our stay. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the inconvenience.
The location is much harder to manage than expected. There are around 300 stairs just to reach the parking lot, and once you get there, it is still a long walk down a dangerous-feeling road to get into town unless you take a taxi every time. Coming and going felt exhausting and impractical.
During our stay, we lost both power and water, which made the room uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy. The staff also felt very inattentive. We had to ask for basic things like room service, and the level of care did not match what you would expect from a hotel in such a dramatic location.
Checkout was another major frustration and took well over an hour. We also saw other guests having problems, so it did not seem like an isolated issue. The restaurant was disappointing as well, which made the remote location even more inconvenient.
Le Cliff has a stunning ocean view, but the service, access, facilities, restaurant, and overall experience were deeply disappointing. I would not stay here again.
Don't take any heavy luggage, it's on a cliff and a lot of stairs. Get ready for a hike but the view at the top is amazing. I don't recommend if you are not fit and don't like walking. The rooms were extremely clean. The avocado toast had hardly any avocado on it.
