Fantastic location, staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean. Unfortunately the noise from the bathroom was horrendous and kept our children awake both nights. The manager came and was very empathetic but couldn't work out what the problem was. We were also woken up very early (around 7.30am) with drilling from a neighbouring apartment. We had came off a very late flight and children had been awake with the noise from the bathroom. Disappointing stay.

The location is perfect, on shopping row just a short walk to thr mair historic sites. Thr room was lovely and thr best part was how accomodatong and kind the host and breakfast delivery people were. They went out of their way to be helpful and patient with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the helpful staff and the charming atmosphere.

Tolle zentrale Lage, alles Gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, falls man nicht zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zum Hotel laufen möchte. (Ohne Koffer für den Tagesausflug nach Pompei ist der Gang zu Fuß zum Bahnhof kein Problem, man kommt dann auch am Kolosseum vorbei :-)) Wir hatten allerdings Schwierigkeiten, den Eingang des Hotels zu finden, da der Name nicht außen angebracht ist. Wir haben an die Scheibe geklopft, und die sehr nette Dame hat uns dann eingelassen, ab da war alles gut. Großzügiges, sauberes Apartment, mit allem was man braucht. Auch ein bequemes Schlafsofa, da wir als Schwestern nicht in dem 1,60 m Bett zusammen schlafen wollten. Wir haben täglich frisches Geschirr und frische Handtücher bekommen, alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko: wir wollten nachts gerne die Terrassentüren geschlossen halten, da die Straße sehr laut ist, die ganze Nacht hindurch (dafür ist es sehr zentral). Im März funktioniert allerdings die Klimaanlage noch nicht. Wobei die Zimmer sehr groß sind, nicht jeder möchte vielleicht kühl schlafen. Und wer richtig dunkel schlafen möchte, muss eine Schlafmaske aufsetzen. Wir haben auch den kleinen Balkon sehr genossen. Wir würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten.
