Oceanfront balcony, very nice and clean apartment, and a very friendly staff. This place was very conveniently located. Had to make a couple trips to Publix, which was just 2 traffic lights away—Perfect! Beautiful property with a quick and easy walk along its own access to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a very short drive away. My 19 year old son said that it was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! If you’re looking at this place and your desired dates are available, BOOK IT.

We traveled with 3 adults and 2 teens… any time we go to cocoa beach this is where we stay it’s perfect for everything and the access to the beach is perfect!

Excellent resort on the ocean with great quality service. I took off one star because at check-in the ocean front room I was given had absolutely no view of the ocean. The next day I was able to switch to an ocean view room hince the overall 4 star rating.

The resort is five star perfect. It is our favorite place to stay. The staff is outstanding and there are lots of activities to keep everyone happy and busy. The Cocoa Beach area is a great place to spend time in the sun at any time of the year!

This resort is beautiful, clean and has lots of fun amenities for the family. There is also a third party vendor which rents out lounge chairs, umbrellas and water toys on the beach which makes it nice. The unit itself was super clean and very spacious-plenty of room for our family. This is our second time here and we can’t wait to go again!
