This resort is beautiful, clean and has lots of fun amenities for the family. There is also a third party vendor which rents out lounge chairs, umbrellas and water toys on the beach which makes it nice. The unit itself was super clean and very spacious-plenty of room for our family. This is our second time here and we can’t wait to go again!

We had a two-bedroom Oceanfront condo for ourselves and our adult son and his wife. The unit was clean comfortable and well equipped. The unit we had did not have a Keurig and had a conventional coffee maker so just be prepared for that otherwise 10 out of 10. The attached pics are from our balcony

The resort is five star perfect. It is our favorite place to stay. The staff is outstanding and there are lots of activities to keep everyone happy and busy. The Cocoa Beach area is a great place to spend time in the sun at any time of the year!

Ocean was only visible by leaning out and looking right from the balcony- but we were super impressed on how clean the room and patio area was. Nice room and bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen area was. Kitchen area was nicely equipped as well.
