Excellent location with the rainbow road right outside,lots of bars and resturants on your door step excellent communication from vladimir when i had to ask questions regarding propery and parking. Nice clean and modern apartment with kitchen and two bedrooms. Location is ideal if you want to be near the action and at the foot of Rainbow Street. It took us a few minutes to locate the entrance but it was right off the Main Street. The water smells of sulfur but that is just a bi-product of the geothermal heating used in Reykjavik and nothing to do with the property. Would recommend staying here, it was a good value and not too far of a walk from the bus station and rental car place. Easy to walk with bags (as long as weather is fine).
