博多駅からは徒歩10〜15分程度の距離があるが、チャリチャリなどのレンタサイクルを使えばすぐにアクセスできる。施設も清潔感があり、設備も新しく部屋も広い。総じて満足。

適合比較長時間居住，需要廚房及洗衣機的家庭是很好的選擇，這次住五個晚上，雖然離博多站走路稍微遠一點，但附近有方便的超市可以採買，因為住宿期間不會有清潔人員整理房間，所以如果要住較多天建議還是要把垃圾做分類，其他都還不錯

設備、室内は清潔で、ベッドの高さもほとんどなく小さな子どもと一緒に寝る際ベッドから落ちる心配をせずに済んで良かったです。連泊中一度玄関のトラブルで管理会社に電話しましたが即対応していただけて助かりました。ただ、子連れ＆連泊していた身からするとお風呂場に椅子とバスタブの掃除道具、それから室内に掃除機があればより過ごしやすかったです。それ以外、立地やアクセス等良かったので、次回また博多に行く際は利用したいです。

家族６人で2泊しました。博多駅からはバスで移動しました。ホテルは清潔で洗濯機もあったので、助かりました。ただ乾燥機ないのかと焦りましたが、バスルームに乾燥機能がついていたので、ほっとしました。また次回も利用したいです。

最近のトコジラミ騒動が怖くて、チェックインしてすぐに部屋の隅々までチェックしました。とてもきれいでしたが、ソファーのところに大量のスナックの食べこぼしがあり、お掃除のやり直しをお願いしました。その後の対応は、とてもすばらしく、迅速丁寧にしていただきましたので、特に不満はないのですが、一応清潔さの項目は星2つにさせていただきました。博多駅からも近く、広いお部屋で充分満足できるお宿です。また利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございます。

깨끗하고 조용한 숙소입니다.

하카타역과 도보 10분거리(몰라서 처음엔 택시이용, 길막혀서 1200엔 정도 나옴) 세븐일레븐편의점 가깝고, 뉴욕마켓도 가까움 주위에 우동 맛집 있음 시설은 매우 깨끗함. 다만 매트리스 2개중 1개가 눌려서 말랑거림(허리아팠음-거실에서 봤을때 오른쪽 매트리스) 숙소 조용함. 체크인 전 짐보관 안됨(하카타역 보관소 이용)
