The room was clean, although there was food residue on an eating utensil. Although I wash everything before use, I found it somewhat disturbing. Having a small broom and dustpan handy would help in keeping the floor clean between the somewhat infrequent housekeeping by staff. Overall, a good option for those who will have a prolonged stay ln Munich. Good public transportation options and fairly easy access to a beautiful city!

Simple place that has all I wanted. Only thing is that there were some missing kitchenette but you can ask the reception for those missing items. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely come here again if I need a place to stay

The only possible complaint I can think of is that the bed was slightly stiff for my liking. Everything else was wonderful. Staff were all helpful and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Very nice place to stay.

Not a bad place for a short stay

Nice, modern, new, clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, close to the metro station on U3. Fast internet. The studio apartment is small in size but is good for one night.

Really clean building, you may have to check in/out at the adjacent hotel H2, as the service desk here is rarely manned, but other than that this is a superb accommodation. Parking below, all access via card key.

The rooms are great with a nice bistro below but this is not a good area to experience Munich. It is an area of busy roads, large office buildings and zero soul. Not a bar or nice restaurant in sight ☹️
