Beautiful apartment. Large, fluffy towels. Staff was friendly. Stored our bags while we wandered the city until our apartment was ready for check in. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Gran Via is a five minute walk away.

Very clean apartment. Easy check in process. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable bed. Loved the location, walking distance to gran via and tons of bars/restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay. Staff was extremely communicative and helpful with the check in process, letting us know as soon as our apartment was available so we could check in early (as we had an early flight in). Only issue was there was a group of men hanging outside the building basically the whole time we were there, which made us a bit uncomfortable, especially later in the evening when staff wasn't around.

Our stay was comfortable and the location is excellent — you’re right in the middle of everything. The gentleman on our first day was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and convenient overall. However, there were a group of teenagers staying the same night who went out partying, and we could hear stomping and noise throughout the night. The walls are quite thin, so you hear everything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good. The information online says there is no elevator on the property but there is one elevator. I booked three studio type suites. The room size was good and they were all on the ground floor. There was a washing machine inside each suite, which was handy. The biggest disappointment was that all the suites had only had one window facing a small indoor space and we couldn’t see anything outside. It was a long four days to be in a closed-in room.
