Firstly I found the location amazing .The apartments were modern and super clean . The quality of the mattress in the two bedrooms were like home from home and I am a fuzzy sleeper .ONE BIG THANKS was to the reception team for allocating me ac ground floor apartment due to my special requests so well done for that. I have booked for another week next March but my biggest bug bear was the lack of WiFi !!!!absolutely no WiFi at all after numerous complaints . WiFi is an essential service in 2025 so come on guys work on that .looking forward to my next visit i March 2026 wit WiFi . All in all I loved the place and couldn’t recommend any further …..

Nice place, better than the other 3 star hotels. There was some music but it stopped at 12 at night. The only small things missing in the kitchen were, egg cups, scissor and a wooden/plastic tasting spoon for cooking.

Comfortable and nice hotel with great staff

Easy-going small hotel with great pool and hardworking friendly staff. The reception is often closed, but the maintenance guy is doing a great job, helping out with anything you might need and the chambermaids are doing a great job as well as being very friendly. It helps if you speak a bit of Spanish. As other guests has commented on, there are some issues with the crumbling stairs from the reception, which I don't understand that they don't fix, as it's the first thing you see as a guest But all in all, a very good hotel.

Nice accomodation, but disorganized checkin.

Pros: clean, modern, spacious accomodation. Cons: Difficult and time consuming to check in. The rception was closed when it stated it would be open. We got no answer from one of the phone numbers provided. A second number answered and argued that we were in the wrong location - despite us being at the reception door. On the last night our keypad code stopped working approximately 12h before checkout - luckily one of our party was in the room - otherwise we would have been locked out of our room for the night.

Het is een beetje vergane glorie. Slordig opknapwerk, een barst in het balkon die doorliep in de muren, waardoor je het gevoel kreeg dat de voorste tegelrij zo van het balkon af kon breken. Ze beloven WIFI in het appartement, maar die verbinding is zo slecht, dat die amper te gebruiken is. Alleen bij de receptie (waar zelden iemand van het hotel aanwezig is) is de verbinding meestal goed. Alle verlichting in het appartement is erg fel, wij hebben kaarsen gekocht om een beetje sfeer te hebben. De dames van de schoonmaak zijn erg vriendelijk, de heren van de receptie zijn minder vriendelijk. Het zwembad is trouwens wel ontzettend schoon en goed onderhouden.

Struttura in ottima posizione

Ottima posizione e 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con parecchi ristoranti, bar, supermercati accanto. Un grande centro commerciale (Yumbo Center) è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi e anche le dune si possono visitare con una piacevole passeggiata. L’appartamento è comodo; in effetti, le due stanze da letto matrimoniali sono un po’ anguste, ma a bilanciare quest’aspetto c’è la cucina-soggiorno che è molto bella e luminosa. Delusi dalla piscina che veniva descritta come “riscaldata” ma in realtà non lo era (e a gennaio l’acqua calda avrebbe fatto piacere).

Bra beläget hotell. Nära till affärer, restauranger och stranden. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet är något nergånget men det verkar som att de håller på att rusta upp nu. Närheten till restauranger och klubbar gör att man ev störs lite av detta under kvällen. Vi kan tänka oss att besöka hotellet igen.

Renhold: Ikke super-rent da jeg kom, enkelte flekker på stol, vegg. Bra: de tømte søppel og var innom nesten daglig, redde opp senga, skiftet håndklær. Noe musikk fra utesteder, sluttet ca. kl. 23. Ørepropper anbefales. Lys og trivelig leilighet. Resepsjon ikke åpen da jeg kom, fikk kode pr.tlf. og god hjelp av renholder, tilfeldig. Svært kort vet til butikk, og ca. 10 min. til stranda. Trivelig område. Ikke vannkoker. Safe var det. Drar dit igjen!

Ausgangslage zum Strand und Yumbo sind gut. Wertigkeit der Ausstattung ist eher minder. Flickschusterei! Fliesen defekt wo man auf dem Gelände hinschaut. Podeste wo die Liegen stehen sind weggebrochen. Umrandung des Pools defekt. Wohnungstüren liessen sich nicht von innen extra verschliessen. Und bevor sich jetzt der Vermieter meldet das ich ihm das hätte alles sagen müssen. Muss ich sagen das das alles unübersehbare Mängel sind. Schicken sie mal qualifizierte Handwerker rein die dann auch "ordentlich " arbeiten. Wer gerne nach deutscher Musik sucht ist hier richtig. Um die Ecke ist das Shoppingcenter La Sandia mit dem sogenannten Deutschen Eck wo es abends aus der Gastro recht laut schallert.

Hyvä perushotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla

Siisti pieni hotelli lähellä rantaa ja kaikkia palveluita. Aivan hotellin vieressä on pieni ostoskeskus, josta löytyy ruokakauppa ja ravintoloita. Allasalue on rauhallinen ja siisti. Huoneistossa oli kaksi isoa makuuhuonetta, olohuone ja keittokulmaus, josta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja siivous toimi hyvin. Pyykinpesu mahdollisuutta ei ollut, vaikka sivustolla niin mainitaan. Googlemaps vie väärään osoitteeseen, kun hotellin osoitteen laittaa mapsiin (Avenida Estados Unidos 8), mutta hotellin nimellä löytyy oikea paikka. Taksin tilaus ei toiminut lähtiessä, muuten kaikki meni hienosti ja hotellille lämmin suositus.

Bra beliggenhet og bra opphold for pengene!

Overnattet her 6 netter. Hotellet har bra beliggenhet med tanke på strand, restauranter og Yumbo senter. Det spilles musikk fra barer på nærmeste senter på kveld/natt som høres godt. Leiligheten er av enkel standard. Dårlig standard på bad, og det kunne med fordel ha vært ac. Rent og pent bassengområde. Det var ekstra pluss med oppvarmet basseng.

Nice rooms but nearby bars with terrible singer till after midnight.

The property is clean and as described. It is located well for beaches. There is a small enclave of German bars that continually play ump pa pa music all evening until after midnight. The hotel across compounds the music. Truly awful. You close the windows but still get bass beats and hot. 0630 the bin lorry arrives.
