This was a very nice apartment, well furnished in a great location NEAR the V&A waterfront area. There are two hotels in the immediate area with restaurants and bars. We did have two maintenance issues which were addressed immediately by our host. The last was a water heater that failed necessitating moving apartments on the final night of our stay. Also, our first apartment was supposed to have a washer and dryer however there was no dryer.

Our apartment was quite spacious, clean, had washer/dryer inside and in a great location, safe and walking distance to the waterfront. The balcony overlooking the canal was a real treat. Our host was fantastic with great communication and easy check in as was the security staff at the front desk. The only thing we did not get to enjoy was the roof top pool as we were just too busy. The price was quite reasonable and they accommodated our late check out which was very much appreciated. One thing it could use more of were outlets for your hairdryer, etc in the washrooms however there was one in the walk-in closet area by a large mirror in the main bedroom area which worked quite well. The only thing that would have been nice was a few extra bath towels and a towel and soap in the half bath however the cleaning staff did message us introducing themselves, giving their contact info in case we needed anything. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would certainly stay there again should we return to Cape Town. Thank you

Property was nice size, location worked for me. Property needed a few minor things repaired, but they did not affect and enjoyable stay. Was met given keys and tour of property and they were also gracious with extra time for my checkout. I would not only recommend but would definitely stay there again
