I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. One ac unit controller doesn’t work. It’s sweltering hot. There isn’t hot water. One bedroom and one bathroom is locked and can’t be accessed

Unlike a hotel,,these Aparta-Hotels come with a real kitchen including dishes, utensils, hardware, pams, coffee maker. Very clean, free breakfast great service. Beach is 2 blocks away. Fine dining and stores are 8 blocks away. Very safe neighborhood. People walk outside with their dogs, bikes and roller blades. Yes, I would stay there again.

The apartment and view was amazing. We loved the location. I gave it a 4 star because of the lack of amenities. The pool was small, only had 4 lounge chairs, dining area small, breakfast variety not the greatest, and the elevator was small so wait time to the 20th floor (where pool and breakfast located) was long.
