We loved the hotel, location, cocktails, and staff. The shower pressure in our room was amazing. Our only negatives were that we felt the Air Con wasnt up to the job and wifi was not the greatest. The towels in our room were minute too!

Tutto splendido, dalla struttura al cibo, piscina bellissima e camere spaziose. Buona posizione, vicino alla fermata degli autobus e al centro commerciale, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal viale principale. L’unica pecca è stata l’aria condizionata mal funzionante.

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und kühlte das Zimmer nicht ab. Nach dem Duschen lief Wasser ins Zimmer. Durchgelegene und unbequeme Matratzen. Zimmer sah nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Es war deutlich kleiner und ohne Sofa. Servicemitarbeiter bis auf 2-3 Ausnahmen unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunt. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación se apagaba solo y no tenia intensidad. El resto un 10 de 10., una pena que pedimos estar una noche más y no fue posible.

Hôtel très propre, conforme aux photos. Par contre, pas de volets (seulement des rideaux) donc très lumineux le matin. Insonorisation correcte mais on entendait la musique de l’hôtel provenant de l’extérieur (assez tard). Personnel agréable mais attente assez longue pour remettre les clés au moment du départ.

Die Anlage (riesiger Pool) und der Service (sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal) heben sich wirklich von anderen Hotels ab. Es ist perfekt um abzuschalten und den Urlaub zu genießen. Sehr ruhige entspannende Atmosphäre. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Man hat die Auswahl zwischen spanischen/ mallorquinischen Spezialitäten oder klassischem deutschen Essen. Die Zimmer sind alle sauber und renoviert.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage mit schönen grossen Zimmern, schöner Poollanschaft und großem Parkplatz vor der Tür, wo immer etwas frei war trotz Hochsaison. Der Frühstücksraum war auch sehr gross und das Frühstücksbuffet lecker.

Man wird als Gast nicht ernst genommen

Wir wurden leider behandelt wie jemand der über hotels.com gebucht hat. Man hat uns das lauteste Zimmer angedreht wo weder die Klimaanlage funktioniert hat noch die FB des TV. Der WLAN Zugang war ein Witz, alle 3 Minuten flog man raus. Das Zimmer lag direkt an einer Strasse und die Fenster waren absolut nicht Schalldicht zudem lag es an der prallen Sonne bis zu deren Untergang. Wir hatten am Nachmittag gute 30 Grad im Zimmer. Als wir gefragt haben ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können wurden wir auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet und mit der Aussage abgewiesen die Klimaanlage funktioniere ja. Lärm hatte sie auch gemacht, aber nie gekühlt...! Am dritten Tag konnten wir dann endlich wechseln, dann hat man uns ein Zimmer gleich oberhalb der Küche gegeben wo man immer den Küchenlärm hatte bis das Buffet endlich fertig war. Aber zumindest hatte die laute Klimaanlage da funktioniert und man hatte nicht das Gefühl im Bett von einem Auto überfahren zu werden. Sonst wäre das Hotel eigentlich gut, sehr nettes Personal beim tollen Frühstücksbuffet und keine nervige, laute Abendunterhaltung. Der Pool ist riesig und man ist in 10-15 Minuten am Strand. Könnte ich mein Zimmer selber wählen würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, aber eben als hotels.com Gast...

Hotel très sympathique, facile d'accès avec parking gratuit, chambre spacieuse, large choix au niveau du buffet du petit dej et du repas du soir avec des variantes selon les jours de la semaine. Piscine très agréable. Hotel très calme ( pas d'enfants) Ne parle quasiment ps français ( allemand et anglais majoritairement)

Die Suiten Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der große Pool war toll. Beim Frühstück haben wir nichts vermisst. Es gab sogar Filterkaffee.

Très jolie hôtel. Piscine appréciable. Chambre correcte. Ambiance très calme, trop calme. Très très déçu que pour une demi pension, la fontaine à eau soit fermer chaque soir ! Et oblige donc le client a payer 2€ pour une eau (50cl) ou boisson (25cl). Or, le matin au petit déjeuner il y a eau, boisson et même vins pour tous et illimité. Le petit déjeuner étant une prestation pour tous, alors que pour la demi pension nous devons payer un supplément. Un très grands nombre de transat sont réservés tôt le matin, malgré l’interdiction de l’hôtel. Moitié du personnel très souriant et à l’écoute. L’autre moitié aigris. Et la cuisine, assez répétitive à la longue et de mauvaise qualité. En bref, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Dejligt sommerophold

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold. Dejligt sted, stor pool, og første gang vi prøvede et adults only hotel, og det kan klart anbefales. Mad var gennemsnitlig god, og der var et stort udvalg i hotellets buffet. Sød betjening i receptionen og i barerne. Tjenerne i restauranten var meget hurtige og snakkede og grinede lige over hovedet på en flere gange, hvilket virkede uprofessionelt og uhøfligt over for gæster, i hvert fald for os som kommer fra Danmark. Her er vi vandt til en mere Formel, høflig og smilende betjening. Der var nogle gange lidt smuds i poolen, men jeg fik indtrykket af at poolen blev renset som den skulle. Alt i alt vil vi klart anbefale hotellet!

Tolle Unterkunft in,für uns,perfekter Lage! Schöne, saubere Poollandschaft. Nur das Liegenreservieren müsste mehr unterbunden werden! Es ist wunderbar ruhig,das Frühstück ist okay und das Personal sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier her kommen.

Das Fitnessstudio ist leider nicht in einem guten Zustand und daher nicht zu benutzen. Sonst ist das Hotel sehr gut. Tolles Frühstück, riesiger Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Angenehme Atmosphäre (Adults only)
