All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Water Park - All Inclusive offers 147 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features a safe and coffee/tea makers. Great food, relaxing area, we went with our kids of 1,3, and 6 and they had a lot of fun in their water park. The arcade little spot can use a lot of work though. Best and nicest cleaning staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

There’s only 1 reasons to put 3 stars Rooms are really outdated and not taking care of properly they should replace a lot of things. For a 4 star hotel they need to replace stuff like bathroom fixtures, mattresses etc If the rooms were properly maintained I would stayed again because our kids and us had a good time. Waterpark and the beach is great. Everyone who works there are really nice and kind.It’s an older hotel and it has a character which I really loved.

The location is absolutely unmatched, rooms are steps away from the Caribbean ocean. The views are absolutely spectacular. Amenities and activities are minutes away from ferry rides to Isla Mujares, boat club, downtown etc. There is even a water park to kid the kiddos occupied. The resort itself is on per with resorts in it's class. I will say that this was our second trip to Cancun. The food in this resort is much more flavorful and authentic compared to other resort. It is an older building, but the rooms are spacious (we stayed in a family suite), plenty of room for us. Our room opened up to the beach which was amazing. The guests in this resort were mostly families and a very international crowd.

Excellent service from all staff. Waiter Jose from Ostras was phenomenal. We loved the food there best. Everything on that menu was delicious. We definitely had lots of food options all week. It is an older building but it’s a beautiful colonial style and right beside the beach. We loved that it was a smaller resort so we never felt it was too crowded. Room was spacious with a wrap around balcony with a view of the marina. Waterpark was enjoyed by both our boys and the soccer field was a nice perk. The boys also liked the on beach soccer and volleyball. There was a games room and activities daily for everyone. We enjoyed the location and walked to El Meco. This was a very affordable option. We also took day trips to Isla Mujeres via the ferry and Xcaret. We would definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff for the memorable week.

Do not go here!! Rude staff, Julio especially very disrespectful. Place is worn down, moldy and nasty rooms, terrible disgusting same food everyday, water park is even worse and ran down. Wifi barely works, no entertainment, terrible drinks, they scam you and try to upcharge you when checking in. Stay away!!!

Was a really great and wonderful resort very peaceful and laid back and a lot of locals was really nice to immerse myself into the local culture and explore the history in the area like El Meco wonderful friendly staff and services when I come back to Cancun I would stay here again

You get what you pay for. The food variety wasn’t great, and some basics for kids were missing — no pizza, chicken nuggets, or apple juice. No guacamole either. The daytime entertainment for kids and adults was about a C-minus, which is surprising for Mexico. That said, the hotel was calm, the waterpark was great, and the oceanfront location was very nice. Julio did a great job. Armando at the front desk — no. Next time, I won’t be cheap. I’ll pay a bit more and get better service, food, and kids’ entertainment.

They offered to move us after seeing the mold, apparently for the first time. The next room they offered us was just as bad. We booked at another resort and took 2 ubers to move our family of 8. Now we have to see if we can get reimbursed. I'd highly recommend finding a different resort before spending any money here.
