Great location, room was large enough for 5 of us. There was no laundry on site we had to go about 10 minutes away to a laundry mat but the rest was awesome. Great breakfast, very friendly staff and very accommodating. Would definitely come again.

The hotel location was perfect. It’s a bit away from the really crazy busy tourist area but walkable to many places. No complaints. They could have been a bit more friendlier but maybe a cultural thing.

The hotel is very nice the rooms give a wow moment. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working but the view was amazing!! The staff were incredible I would stay here 100% again. They also were able to add and extra night in the same room as our flights were cancelled.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Our room was spacious and the bed also very comfortable. Walkable to the main central area of Lisbon (around 15-20 mins) as well as close to Rato metro. I would suggest private transfer or using the tube from the airport as the hotels shuttle is extremely pricey (I thought the cost was both ways but was only single at 70Euros!) for a 20-35 minute journey.

Very accommodating for travelers with children! The staff were helpful and made great recommendations for local restaurants. The wine and treats were a fun touch for our first night and the room cleaning staff made cute designs of the blankets for the kids. Breakfast was perfect for our family and the room was well appointed and large. We were sad to leave!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable; the barhroom was big and modern. The greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. They are so professional and so helpful from the young lady who helped to unload our suitcases to the various front desk staff who helped us out one way or another. We will definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel.
