Great location, close to everything. Parking is a plus, this area can get very congested so private parking is a must if you have a rental. People were very friendly and helpful. I will look into staying here again.

This location is great if you want to be near Simpson Bay or close to Marigot. However the property is dated and in need of updating. It is clean however and the check in staff are very nice.

Spacious room with a kitchen area, luving area, sleeping area and balcony. Friendly staff. Lots of closet space to hang clothes. Great location close to a market and lots of bars and restaurants near the water. Great room at a great price.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also, they allowed us to keep our gear in a secure area between hotel checkout and when we were able to board our boat trip. The location is very convenient to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. It is not on the water, but is close! A good place to stay!!

Nice (though just a little dated) accommodations. Very large living-dining-kitchen area, with good appliances, dishes, and utensils. Large bedroom. Lots of storage space. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable.

It is 'value priced', has a convenient location and the AC works :) But be realistic in your expectations, this is not competing with the Hiltons and Morgans on the island. Great for an overnight layover. Huge rooms - Really it's a full sized apartment with all the amenities.
