Having 1 list service an entire hotel is not great when you spend upwards of 5 minutes waiting in peak times. Room smelt damp and mouldy and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Things are looking very tired. Location is great however which helps there’s food and activities near by. Just don’t plan on staying in the rooms for a long time as you’ll want to escape

Bathroom had mould and needed proper clean. Bedroom light did not work. One lige was broken One morning overwhelming smell of sewrage on floor 8. Overall for $400 a night disappointing.

At check in lady didn’t want to be there. Frustrating only one lift working, long waits. Very disappointed the pool or spa were not open during our stay. That was reason we booked this hotel, to use those facilities. Not told even on check in that these facilities were not open. We just happened to see a sign when we went through reception. Absolutely unacceptable!!
