This was a very pleasant stay. Great location and our apartment on 44th floor provided a great view. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Very comfortable beds as well. Highly recommended.

Location of the property was great. Tram stop was just across the road, IGA supermarket was a couple of shops down, cafe next door and only 1 tram stop to Southern cross station one way and 1 stop to Elizabeth the other.
Bed was super comfy and curtains blocked out light of a night. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but maybe I’m a little fussy.

Unbeatable views! Our apartment at Collins House was modern, clean, and perfectly located. The staff made us feel right at home. Being on a high floor was a game changer, seeing the hot air balloons drift across the skyline from our bed was pure magic. 10/10!

Collins Street is the premier location in the Melbourne CBD. So what could be better than staying in a fantastic apartment right on Collins Street for a reasonable price. Nothing could be better. Modern apartment in a combination residential/rental high-rise with quick access to trams and trolleys to get you around town. Wished we had planned to stay longer than the three days we did. We were even able to arrange a 1 pm check-out on our last day to get a little more enjoyment out of our time in Melbourne.
