Great location. Great communication with staff before arriving to Florence. Rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped so we were able to make breakfast both mornings.

Incredible location. Close to everything. AC was valuable in the hot heat keeping the room not as hot when sleeping. Kitchen was modest but that’s fine. Pull out bed is sufficient for kids but only modestly comfortable for an adult. Fridge was just “cool.” Lots of room which was nice. Bathroom and shower fine. Not hot water but it was not needed given how hot it was. Overall good experience but not exceptional.

Absolutely stunning location! The bells of the Duomo are so close it sounds like you're in the building. The apartment was very clean and the art was beautiful. The 2nd bedroom upstairs in the loft was adorable. We 100% enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone in search of a stay for more than 2 people.

Great location

The apartment is in a very central location with plenty of reading options near by. Easy ride to airport on the tram. Communication before the check in was excellent, very quick to help me when I had a problem (nothing to do with the apartment). Very clean and newly refurbished, very modern appliances. Highly recommended

We had a decent stay at the apartment in Florence. We were a group of 6 one night (4 adults and two children) and jsut 4 for another 2 nights (2 adults 2 kids). The apartment is small, but if you plan to be out walking around, it shouldnt matter to much. The small upstairs bedroom is nice, beware that the stairs are steep. The sofa bed in the living room is fairly uncomfortable. Okay for kids but for adults longer than 1 night I would say it would not be very comfortable. The apartment was clean enough, but the walls could use a good cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. The shower head did not work, only the hand sprayer. We informed managment and they offered to come and fix it right away. We were not at the appartment much so did not have them come. Hopefully they have fixed it now. The location of the apartment is the biggest plus. It is centrally located and close to everything. You can see the Duomo bell tower from the window. The street is extreamly busy when you walk out the door, but the apartment is quiet as it is on the 4th floor. There is a small lift which is helpful with bags. Overall we had a good stay. Fresh paint and a new sofa bed mattress would have elevated the stay even more.

Mi hospedaje era para 3 personas, el departamento y edificio en general estuvo bien, buena ubicación y limpieza en general, el problema fue el sofá cama y los sillones, estaban asquerosos, y el sofá cama solo se podía usar para dormir, no para sentarse. El resto estaba bien. Falta mantenimiento las paredes estaban muy sucias, los muebles viejos.

Nos ha decepcionado, la ubicación es muy buena.

Hemos estado 4 adultos y 2 niños, tiene dos habitaciones: una arriba con clarabolla en el techo que una noche que llovió se mojaron la pareja, la clarabolla está rota y la única solución fue cambiarnos las sábanas.Por otra parte le faltan utensilios, tenía 2 cucharas de café para 6 personas, ni una bayeta, ni un cepillo y ni una fregona, estuvimos 4 días sin poder dar un barrido. Por otra parte el desagüe de la ducha está atascado y filtra muy poco, asi que cuando te duchas y abres la puerta se sale toda el agua y no puedes recoger el agua por que jo tienen fregona.La ubicación es lo bueno principalmente que tiene y los colchones bien, pero las almohadas muy bajas e incómodas.
