Good location. Excellent communication with property manager. However, there were multiple misses. First, walls are extremely thin. We could hear the neighbors next door all night. Secondly, heater stopped working in the middle of the night and it was literally freezing (January). Appliances were old and stove reaked of gas when we tried to use it.
