Very nice hotel residence in a good location, closed to supermarkets and restaurants/cafe. The 1 bedroom was large and well fitted. The kitchen was really practical. The gym and pool are are really nice. The staff was nice. Will definitely stay here for my next Accra trip.
Friendly, prompt and courteous staff members. Location was great and close to everything in Accra. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I visit Ghana again.
Definitely a 5 Star hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, and the customer service was excellent. My next visit will definitely include Bel Air Crest.
It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.
Overall a nice place to stay
Only thing that was odd and done without any explanation that made real sense worth noting was that at check-in they asked for an extra $100 deposit to be paid on top of my already fully pre-paid room charges that will be fully reimbursed at the end if nothing is damaged (this is standard in some hotels around the world). However, at check-out they said all was well and I was getting my deposit refunded and that they need my bank card again. Then they hand me another card transaction receipt to sign for an extra $0.10 charge. When asked if this could be a mistake to have charged my card again instead of getting credited my $100. Not at all they said. Their final explanation was that in order to get reimbursed they needed to take an extra $0.10 because they are unable to credit the $100 normally. Exceot fir the 2 receipys associated to the charges I did not receive a receipt or other type of proof that I will get credited. In addition. I also have to pay 2 international transaction bank fees for being a good guest at this hotel.
This is the only thing that I thought worth noting, in the hopes that A) thehotel finds a better way to effortlessly give guests their total dues back, and B) for future guests to be informed of the hidden fees (however small the amount), especially when you have to deal with this at 7am in the morning while you try to rush to the airport
It was very good. comfortable bed and free breakfast the staff was very kind and friendly and food was very good. I would have remained longer if price was negotiable. It was a little to expensive
