The apartment is a great size, with a balcony, and the workspaces and meeting areas are very pleasant! The staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is very good and cool. I highly recommend it; it's always my choice in Santiago.

Really excellent place. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the connected cafe, Living Café, is wonderful and also staffed with a bunch of friendly people. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have a working desk in the room. That being said, they have a nice work area for guests.

The hotel was beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood with lots of greenery and cafes around. Incredible views from the pool. A very nice coworking space. And friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Santiago.

Most likely one of the best rooms with a balcony that I’ve stayed in before. Extremely well equipped kitchenette to support a bit longer stays. The area is very well located to parks and safe walking paths. The restaurant is an absolute 5 star in my books. I’ve enjoyed every meal, from breakfast to supper and the odd snack. Quality is just amazing. Will definitely select The Place for my next trip to Santiago. They were recommended to me by a friend and close colleague and I will be happy to do the same.

Super recommended due location, confort and cleaness. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast organization. The place is too small and also it is open to the general public and there is no enough tables to seat.

The Place was a great home away from home hotel experience. The staff at check in was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the hotel itself was well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel was always very active and the food was great. The only complain would be the restaurant service was very slow, otherwise - it was a wonderful stay.

The location of The Place is excellent. The neighbourhood is lovely and extremely walkable. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The terrace was quite large and lovely at night once it cooled off. I felt very relaxed here. Loved the restaurant!

I loved this hotel. It was more like an apartment and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay, including a lovely balcony and a separate sitting room. The staff was also super friendly, bed was comfy, kitchen has everything I needed. I will definitely stay there again. (Side note, I didn’t love the restaurant next door. I’d skip adding breakfast to the reservation as it’s cheaper locally).

Very nice and modern and clean and beautiful apartments. The bed was wonderful. The location great and delicious food and coffee at the restaurant on site. Also a great bonus that the restaurant didn’t feel like a hotel restaurant, it was a lively and busy cafe. Great coworking space, love pool on the rooftop. Absolutely perfect hotel for remote work.
