The location is great! It has a great restaurants and shops on the same street and is close to the Art Museum, grocery store, and the main street of Condado, which has beach access. This property is great for couples or solo travelers as it is affordable and in a fun part of town. The rooms are a comfortable size and the staff is very kind.

Excellent location, extremely communicative hotel. We were amazed by the responsiveness and kindness of the communication. The location is so ideal for being super close to Condado (5 minute walk) but not in the middle of it. Close to 24 hour grocery store and Starbucks as well. Loved it!

Our stay was amazing! We were a bit confused at check in and even though it was 9:45pm, the staff on site was more than happy to help us get to our room! Very convenient location, with most ubers (to the beach, la placita, restaurants) being under $10. Definitely recommend!

The property was clean and comfortable. The water in the shower went between boiling hot and cool, but shampoo, conditioner, and body/hand wash and a shower cap were provided. Check in was easy, and late check out costs $25/hr after 11am. The pool was nice and cute! Less than 10 min walk to the beach and 1 block to a 24hr grocery store. I would stay here again!
