Fantastic reception staff who took the time to make us feel at home and couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. We had a great stay at Aparthotel Oporto Anselmo. The place is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with private hot tub and small garden, the hot tub may need maintenance as the hydro jets that creates the bubbles was not working very well but otherwise was a great temperature and clean. It’s located in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest selection of cafes and the main promenade, which was perfect for a relaxed stay. There’s also a small shop and grocery store less than 5 minutes away, which was really convenient. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful base in Porto.

This 4-star hotel provides 5-star service and accommodations. The design of the room, furnishings, and decor is phenomenal. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. Shops, restaurants, tourist destinations - even a large grocery store - are all in walking distance. The onsite parking is safe and very affordable at only 15 euro a day. Hotel is well located close to tourist attractions. Apartments we're spacious and stylish, however beds and couch were uncomfortable and tv did not work. Towels were very worn and threadbare and we found belongings from a previous guest in a cupboard.
