Friendly and polite staff, rooms are clean and spacious especially if you have several luggages, very close to the city air terminal that has bus connections to Narita and Haneda Airport therefore was very handy to have when arriving and leaving. Close to local restaurants and izakayas that a rea great for good value eats. I didnt use them but there are several items you can rent/borrow at the front desk such as hair curlers, board games, cook ware, just thought its a nice touch to the homey style they portray :)

The place is clean, staff are very attentive, very close to train station, convenience store and thereโ€™s a bus limousine service going to Haneda and Narita. So if you have a lot of luggages you donโ€™t need to take train dragging your luggages. Bus limousine staff are very efficient and handles your luggage with care.
