The room is huge… given that it’s a service apartment. The washer and dryer made a lot of difference to our trip at Rusutsu. The area is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mountain View is definitely amazing, especially during winter. While it is a bit of distance from the main resort area, it is walkable (or you can just drive there if you have a car) and sheltered all the way from the Vale to the main resort area. Will stay here if I were to come to Rusutsu again.

Very nice hotel/condo. Convenient to the slopes, on site onsen was very clean and easy to access. Bit of a walk to dinning options, but nice in room pizza and a small cafe near by.
