The location is very convenient — it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Check-in on the first day took a bit of time, as there is no front desk staff; the entire process is self-service using a tablet in the lobby. There are quite a few Japanese chain restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It takes about a 10-minute walk to the nearest LIFE supermarket, so if you plan to shop for groceries frequently, you may want to take that into consideration.

Didn't really see any staff... The check-in process was through a screen but was easy. Room was great and nice and clean too... Would be good to have a way to plug in a Chromecast or some other device to tv for kids as there are no english or kids channel on tvs. Internet connection very good, location was pretty good too 3 mins from Ebisucho metro without luggage.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel was a great find in Japan, especially since it had a western size room, which made a huge difference while traveling with a friend and two large suitcases. The room was spotless and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. I really appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower, and the fancy Japanese toilet was a nice bonus. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, yet the hotel was on a quiet street, which made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay
