You need to get the keys to the apartment across the street at the hotel. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and the place was clean and spacious.

Unbelievable location. Great apartment. Staff is extremely responsive. Trouble with the washer/dryer, but it was resolved. Could have used a few more towels and TP, but the staff took care of it quickly. Cannot stress the location enough. Highly recomend a stay there.

The unit was modern and surprisingly spacious. Location was also excellent with the Latin Quarter just a short walk away. All-in-all excellent accommodation. Highly recommended.

I put a “3” for price/value, and maybe that’s not fair since hotels in Ireland are Switzerland+ levels of expensive. But the location is great, the apartment is as advertised, and I got my laundry done without having to go to a laundromat, which was the point.

We stayed two nights at CityPoint Apartments. Pros: It is conveniently located to all of the things you want to enjoy when visiting Galway. The apartment is clean, has a washer/dryer, and you can see all the way to the bay. We felt safe in the area and inside the apartment. It has a lift. Staff were very friendly. Cons: Our bed was hard and (for us) uncomfortable, and it only had 3 flat pillows (really needs a mattress topper and 2 pillows per person). No in-room safe if you would like to store your passports and other valuables.

All round great accommodation. Room was clean, the staff were responsive and it had everything we needed. Check-in was at another venue which was well communicated however parking was really difficult. Once checked-in we had a carpark allocated which was very easy.
