The Dwellings

Along with a seasonal outdoor pool, this smoke-free holiday home has express check-in and express check-out. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. All 14 individually decorated homes feature free WiFi and pillowtop beds. Guests will find kitchenettes with fridges, microwaves and dishwashers. Housekeeping is available on request.
The Dwellings offers 14 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. This is the place to stay in La Verkin. No wasting time in lobbies waiting to check in. Drive right up to your unit at check in time and punch in your access code. It’s easy and super convenient. Also the view is beautiful.

The room was nice. View of canyon was amazing. Only wish the curtains blocked out the light from the street and it was not so close to highway 12. Aside that It was perfect for our needs.

Terrific place to stay! The owners care deeply about providing the best experience for their guests. The Dwellings are both close to everything but also removed from the more touristy areas, very quiet. The units are spotless and provide everything needed for a stay. Wonderful experwince!

Everything was just as described, roomy, and much better than a hotel room with similar features. It was quiet despite being on a busy road. Location was perfect for traveling back and forth to different places in Zion NP. And having the hot springs right across the street was a huge bonus! It was a lovely way to end our trip after days exhausting hikes then we were in that lovely bed in minutes. Will be looking to stay here on our next trip for sure!

Room was very clean, check in was very easy. There is a convenient store in the office area staff was very friendly. It was very quiet and peaceful.Walking distance to a coffee shop and also sell’s food every excellent.
