It is ocean view but sits back across the street overlooking a restaurant. The hot tub was out of order and we weren't informed until we checked in. The king suite was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

This property is roach infested, dish washer was broke. The pot and pans was bad they a should be non stick. Furniture is old the carpet is old this more like a motel. The internet kept going out and the living room tv was blurry
