The room was clean and as expected. The view was pretty and the pool area was really nice. The reason we booked here is they include free parking which was great. A short walk to the beach and so many places to eat and shop close by. Our family of 4 really enjoyed it.

This is a phenomenal location in a safe, guarded, clean building with friendly, helpful staff for the price. We appreciated the kitchen, however the pots and pans need upgrading. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and also appreciated the terrace for morning coffee and evening wine.

Communication about checking in should mention you need to go to the BI Resorts office to check in. There is not a reception desk in the lobby and the security guard knows nothing about where to go to check in.

It was a great stay. My son passed away a year ago in December. This stay was to celebrate his 42nd birthday in memory of him. It was good because Royal Kuhio was his favorite place. The staff and accommodations were always the best. And the pool was closed last time so it worked out well this year. Every year he stayed here for his birthday or his wife’s in June. The condo was perfect like every year. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for his children. We hope we can stay again next year. Thank you.

Close to downtown or what you might call the strip area near the beach. Rooms were clean and well kept. A couple of small issues (toaster did not work, patio door needs adjustment) Parking was good but access was from only one direction. Overall a good stay and would try to book again in the future.

The Royal Kuhio is a comfortable place to enjoy for a short or extended stay. The building is convenient to shops and other walkable destinations. The hotel has great security and a friendly staff. Another plus is that the hotel has reserved parking spaces for its guests. I would recommend others to consider a stay at this building.
