I recently stayed at this property while on vacation at Tulum. I was very pleased with the room since it has 2 beds and kitchenette. It is located within 40 mins from the Tulum airport and within 15 mins from beaches and Tulum Center. I recommend you try this hotel if you need a place to stay while vacationing in Tulum.

Location of the actual condo is in the middle of the "jungle". You will need the car if you are to stay here, as beach is about 7 to 8 km. Over all place was nice, pool was dirty.

Our stay at Kiki Tulum was fantastic. We spent six nights there with our two teenage daughters and had an incredible experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The host was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was perfect for our two day stay right before our son's wedding. Olivier communicated extremely well and answered questions quickly. It's in a good location and easy distance to a store and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.
