liked the location, easy walking to the shopping area , aslo down to the Swan River , Queens Garden,

The reception smelt. The elevator smelt worse!!! The hallway carpet was covered in stains and smelt of something even worse! The room was okay but very old and desperately in need of a renovation. This feels like a half way house.

Great value for money. Older property but still in good condition.
Hotel is reasonable for the price. The area surrounding the hotel feels like the rough end of town near the courts. However, it’s a close walk to the swan river and Elizabeth quay which is really nice.
