The property was clean, spacious and well laid out , except the beds weren’t facing the TV and mattresses very hard and uncomfortable but The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic! The location is great .. I would recommend!

We had 10 people and 3 bedrooms/12 beds to spread out! Location was great and close to stations. Lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

My family of 13 stayed at this property in the 3 bedroom exclusive apartment and a 2 bedroom smaller room. Both rooms were great, the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for all of us! And even better that it had 3 bathrooms too. Location is perfect for walking to Namba area and Dotonbori, everything is very close and feels safe! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Osaka :)

This new hotel is in an amazing location, close to everything. The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect, and the free breakfast had a great variety. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay in Osaka. The staff was very friendly and communicated well. It was a great value for what we payed. There was a lot to do right near the hotel. Plenty of great dinning options and shopping. Couldn't be happier!

We stayed for 10days and had huge problems with air conditioning unit. The staff were always quick to respond to my emails, but very inefficient. Out of 10days we had 4 days with proper air conditioning and even with it working the amount of water that was coming out of unit was ridiculous, i sent videos and on the last day they offered a room change and late check out, we were leaving at 0400 so didn’t take the offer of the room change on day 9 of stay. Good points of hotel- breakfast- washing machines- 7/11 across the road and 10min walk to underground stations. Bad points- bad at fixing something vital in a heatwave!!!!!

Location is convenient, only a 5 min walk from the action of Namba. Family apartment, although quite spacious, doesn't offer must privacy between rooms. Staff were great. Room was advertised as 'city view' but there is no view other than buildings across the street. Overall the experience was fine for our stay
