We booked two x two bedroom, two bathroom apartments for 7 adults and found the apartments to be comfortable, not huge but met our needs, nice size kitchen. No USB ports. Large size balcony that would be great in the warmer weather. Fantastic views from level 18. Great location, easy walk to Rundle Mall, restaurants, shops. Free tram stop was very close, 2-3 minute walk.

Realm apartments are in an excellent location. Whether it’s cafes, restaurants, shopping, pubs or public transport everything is within a 3 minute walk. Rooms are clean and tidy with the basics of all you need are there for you ie…detergent, dishwashing liquid, sponges, clothes, washing satchels and toilet paper. Kitchens are spacious and well equipped but the seating area in lounge is a tad pokie. Though I did get this apartment at a good price I believe this may be because the pool is currently out of service due to some major repairs, this was not as issue for me due to the time of year I travelled. Would definitely recommend Realm Apartments to anyone wanting to stay in the city.

Wonderful location making walking central Adelaide so easy. Close to the river walk, stadium, shopping, Botanical Gardens and University of Adelaide. All the amenities one wants when travelling, including a fully equipped kitchen, in suite laundry and comfortable living and working space. Highly recommended.
