The room was simple, clean, and the location was good. The check-in process was hard because there was no one at the desk to let us in. I had to call and wait on hold for a bit to find someone to come to the door to get the process started. With that being said, parking was easy and the room was clean and safe.

Great location with amazing views of the skyline. Close access to the T. Plenty of storage available in the bathroom and kitchen. Found food and a hair on dishes that we hadn't used yet. When I arrived to check-in during normal hours, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes for front desk personnel to return to their post (they were on lunch?) and check me in.

The unit smelled like cigarette smoke and was not well appointed at all. The property address given was not the one where I was to stay. Instead I had to walk to a building two blocks away which was not as nice. The neighborhood felt dicey to me.

Check in process was not great. Turned out the original address that was given to me was the incorrect address. The correct building was literally next door but I spent about a half hour on the phone with customer service trying to get things sorted out. Once sorted out everything was fine

This place was fine in a pinch — I needed a bed to sleep in and a hot shower, and they delivered. However, I waited 30 minutes and walked around the full property trying to find someone to check me in (not ideal at 9 pm, and I had told them I would be arriving after 8) and it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. The floors were a bit dirty (stuff sticking to my feet when I walked around barefoot) and there was a bit of mold on the shower curtain. I picked it because it was the cheapest option on a busy week in Boston, and I definitely got what I paid for.

Had to wait 45 minutes with my daughter to check in. Couldn’t get into the building. There was no one at the desk. This is an apartment building not a hotel and they are not equipped to provide the basic minimum communication that even a motel requires.

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a great place to stay! So close to lots of delicious restaurants, beautiful waterfront walk, and the Maverick Station…and only one stop away from the airport. The concierge was very friendly and helpful and there was a great specialty food shop right next door. I will stay there again the next time I am in Boston!

I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!

Location!

As long as you read communications ahead of time, I don’t see why people are confused. Property is in excellent location, views are amazing. It is an apartment complex, so the amenities are very nice.

Property offers a wide range of amenities. The location is an A - with absolutely beautiful views, easy access to public transport on the subway and/or water taxi. The room has everything that you need, clean, modern, and comfortable. Safe area with many restaurants within walking distance and/or a quick subway stop away to the center of downtown Boston where options are endless!
