Great place

Great place for a family to enjoy the quietness of the Cevenes National park. You can either stay at the hotel and do all the activities they have. you can't get bored, or you can use it as a base to drive around the park. The people at the property are very very nice and helpful. They offered us several places to visit that were wonderful.

PlutĂŽt bon sĂ©jour. Le personnel de l’établissement est trĂšs accueillant, disponible et Ă  l’écoute. Les recommandations sur la rĂ©gion ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es. Le prĂȘt de matĂ©riel et l’accĂšs libre au mini golf, aux tables de ping-pong, au terrain de pĂ©tanque et Ă  la piscine sont des points positifs. En revanche, bien que le lieu se trouve dans un endroit qui semble retirĂ© et trĂšs calme, le karting qui est implantĂ© Ă  quelques mĂštres des logements est fortement dĂ©rangeant. Nous Ă©tions venus principalement pour le calme du lieu et avons Ă©tĂ© embĂȘtĂ©s par les bruits de moteurs des karts ou motos, notamment au rĂ©veil. De plus, le lieu n’a pas l’air entiĂšrement terminĂ© et l’intĂ©rieur des logements est trĂšs impersonnel et peu chaleureux. Le manque d’intimitĂ©, sur les terrasses notamment, nous a aussi gĂȘnĂ©. Il vaudrait le coup d’installer des haies afin d’avoir l’impression d’ĂȘtre vraiment chez soi. Enfin, la propretĂ© de notre logement lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s laissait quelque peu Ă  dĂ©sirer, le confort Ă©tait globalement trĂšs sommaire et nous avons eu beaucoup d’odeurs d’égouts dans tout le logement. Personnellement, je recommanderais ce lieu pour un sĂ©jour de quelques jours mais pas plus.

Le logement avec petite cuisine et climatisation Ă©tait au top. Le lit bĂ©bĂ© et la chaise haute Ă©taient dĂ©jĂ  en place dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Les Ă©quipements de loisirs, trĂšs agrĂ©ables et apprĂ©ciĂ©s : table de ping-pong, grande piscine, mini golf, salle de sport ,terrain de pĂ©tanque et aussi prĂȘt de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©. La localisation est idĂ©ale pour dĂ©couvrir les environs : grottes des demoiselles, grotte de clamouse, mont aigoual, cirque de Navacelle, village mĂ©diĂ©val de Laroque et bien d'autres choses. Mais surtout Thomas et Fabien sont juste exceptionnels !!! Ils sont de trĂšs bons conseil autant pour les visites que pour les restaurants Ă  tester, ils se plient en quatre pour rendre votre sejour le plus agrĂ©able possible et bien au au delĂ  de ça, nous avons eu des soucis avec notre voiture, ils nous ont beaucoup aidĂ© et se sont souciĂ©s spontanĂ©ment de l'Ă©volution des choses... Cette gentillesse et cette bienveillance ont illuminĂ© notre sĂ©jour, encore MERCI Ă  eux ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

On n’ pas eu accĂšs Ă  la piscine alors qu’on nous avez dit que la piscine Ă©tait ouverte. Inadmissible car nous avions rĂ©servĂ© cet Ă©tablissement justement pour aller Ă  la piscine. Tout simplement car soit disant elle est fermĂ©e le dimanche
