Great apartment and located close to where we wanted. Check in procedure was a bit confusing as there is no reception but when I phoned the number for assistance the communication and guidance was really clear.

The room is excellent, spacious and clean. It’s a digital hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. You must read the instructions and download the app. Getting in and out the room was tricky using your phone.

Short stay in Adelaide

The apartment was well located a short bus trip from the CBD. It had all the facilities we required and was very reasonably priced. We would book to stay there again without hesitation on any future visit to Adelaide.

Great location, spacious apartment, modern and comfortable. Sun beaming in each day, it was very enjoyable. Communication was lacking when we experienced a couple of issues but was promptly rectified soon after by management.

We absolutely loved our stay at KT. The apartment was absolutely stunning. All new appliances and furniture. It was so relaxing and made us really feel like we were staying in a luxury holiday home. Perfect for a little family! Highly recommend!

We were only here for a night and felt very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sliding door to the balcony only had thin see through curtains with no blackout curtains.

Everything about this property was great. My only issue was when we had been in the room for about half an hour, and someone unlocked our door from the outside and walked in. No knock, nothing. She then asked if we had checked in, and said she was checking the room, and then left. No apology for walking in unannounced, nothing. It was a bit disconcerting, and made me question the security standards. Apart from that, we couldn’t fault the apartment itself.

Check in procedure a nightmare. Unless you are tech savvy and have a smartphone it may not be for you. Apartment itself was lovely, though instructions for the Smeg oven would be handy.

Stay was amazing until our bond on two rooms was withheld without any contact, I had to follow them up as we had too many guests in the room… it was for approx 2-3 hours after our wedding and it was 8 people in the big apartment of which we rented the only two rooms on the floor. No complaints were made against us, purely because they saw it on the camera footage. We left the rooms in immaculate condition as if no body had stayed besides bedding and towels, absolutely ridiculous to lose $400 over this. Never staying here again. Such a scam to retain someones bond when we looked after the rooms as if they were our home.
