This was almost an unimaginably perfect stay for my family. Beautiful classic Italian building with amazing beautiful and well-selected antique furniture, spacious shared living spaces, comfortable sofas and beds, and generous complimentary items including free access to coffee and tea, cakes, cookies, WiFi, and streaming services. They had an GREAT homemade breakfast lovingly prepared by owner. And, the views of the Montepulciano hillsides were like a magical painting. We were within a 5-minute walk to many great wineries and restaurants. The BEST stay in my 9 vacations across Italy. Would definitely come back again.

Il Tosco is a small boutique hotel set within the heart of Montepulciano in an historic building. Driving to the hotel is a bit treacherous but once drop off bags and park your car - it all falls into place nicely. The room was well appointed and the view out the windows was magnificent. Breakfast was a feast with home baked goodies fruits veggies cheeses meats juices delicious breads and the coffee was divine. Such an incredible spread and always delivered with grace & a smile. Next time want to rent the whole place!

Beautiful accommodations with easy walking to the entire city. Parking nearby. Recommend reaching out to host when you are near your arrival for easier access to the property. Excellent room with outstanding views!

Il Tosco is a quiet, clean and charming place to stay while traveling in Tuscany. The common rooms are cozy and the elegant breakfasts are the best we encountered in Italy. This is a wonderful place to stay with a local quality. Well worth the higher cost.

The only thing better than the property was the attentive team. An excellent stay, and I would highly recommend the property. The room was spacious, clean, and modern and the overall property offered great services - a kitchen, homemade pastries / coffee around the clock, and a great location to boot. Hosts were absolutely amazing! The breakfast was unbelievable, rooms very comfortable and very close to the heart of the city. Main piazza is about a 2 min walk. Upon arrival the gost gave us a rundown on the best places to eat and shop in the city, as well as some day trip options in Val D'orcia Thank you for the great stay!!!
