Excellent, quiet, and spacious room, perfectly located if you want to check out downtown, princess street, the royal mile and Edinburgh castle, sound proof windowed, right next to the train station and airport shuttle, next to tons of restraunts and easy access to public transport, great laundry machines, clean room and amenities, big shower, would stay here again if visiting Edinburgh for a quick trip. View of the Scott monument from the room as well.

Excellent place for travelers. Train and airport bus is directly across the street, you can see the airport buses that leave every 10 minutes from the window. Clean and quiet room with comfortable furniture and a nice bathroom. Hike up the stairs but there are plenty of stairs in Edinburgh.

Location was great, clean, however if you are travelling with luggage, check which floors are available before booking as there are no lifts. I do not recommend anything above 2, unless you are light on luggage then it would be fine! I carried all suitcases and hand luggage up and down - was not fun! I found it fine other than the initial and last trip, however my elderly mother was only able to go out once a day due to the amount of stairs

We booked the room but were put in the very top floor! It was over a hundred stairs to the top! If you have any luggage over above your carry on you are struggling! It was a small place for two People. They said a king bed??? No it was a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. It was a lot to pay for very little comfort. Location was good. Just the logistic are horrible!

The apartment was great. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, warm and contained everything we needed. Location was perfect. Close to lots of great cafes, short walk to Royal Mile or across the bridge to Princes Street if thats your bag. We will definately use again.

Very clean apartment with great amenities and in the perfect location (walking distance to everything). Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer on the second floor, the room was very clean, and the staff answered my call on the first ring when I had trouble with the keypad. The place is a super close walk to the Airlink 100 airport bus stop but is a little difficult to find at first since there are no overhead signs. Great stay overall and highly recommend for a few days in Edinburgh.

It was spacious for multiple nites stay. The apt was very clean and comfortable and had a living room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had complimentary coffee/espresso, an oven, stove, glassware, dishes etc. The bedroom was small to get around to the other side of the bed but had lights, plugs, and usb charging ports. The bathroom was nice with w larger shower than at other places we stayed on this trip. We used the fan provided in the closet at nite. We also used the laundry room once to catch up on washing as we packed light. The stairs coming up were honestly tricky with luggage and that was the only thing we could say was a downside to the property, Overall it was comfortable, very nice and was in a great location from train station, buses and up to the royal mile.
