Perfectly Located and Comfortable Stay

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, which made it easy for us to explore the city and use it as a springboard for all of our tours. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better base during our trip. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

Casa Morales is an amazing place, from the check in Oswaldo was super helpful and gave us tons of recommendations which we tried and were really really good. This is a historic Colonial property in a historic, artsy neighborhood. Walkable right out the door to shops and cafes etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want a gleaming tower separate from the real city, this is not for you. If you want authenticity (and comfort too!) then come here. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The property was close to the center of restaurants, art, and life of the area. It felt safe at all times and beautifully structured. We had a few mishaps throughout our stay such as lack of house keeping but overall a good experience.
