Easy access to the mall. The place is not a hotel but a condominium. Communicate with the owner of the condo before arrival. Don’t waste your time asking the front desk staff and security any questions, they’ll be clueless . The property is really small but nice. It says breakfast included, There’s NO Breakfast!

Terrible Experience I had a very bad experience with this condo rental service, mainly due to the OLD LADY host, Georgina, who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and difficult to communicate with. First, the advertisement clearly states FREE BREAKFAST, but in reality, there is NO breakfast at all—only a so-called free welcome drink. This is false advertising and very misleading. From the moment I booked, I already felt something was fishy. After booking, the host immediately messaged me asking for a photocopy of my passport and the passports of other guests to process a gate pass. However, according to Hotels.com, guests are warned to never share sensitive personal information. This request made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Regarding laundry service, I strongly recommend finding another provider. The host promised same-day service, but instead kept me waiting for two days, forcing me to stay inside the condo and wait. When I followed up, she made a rude comment saying, “I am not your yaya (housemaid).” This was highly disrespectful and uncalled for. Overall, the OLD LADY host Georgina is inconsistent, unreliable, and very unpleasant to deal with. I will never book or recommend this condo rental service. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere unless you want terrible service and a host with a BAD ATTITUDE.

we weren’t allowed to get our room, we weren’t even able to go to the hotel. we followed all of your instructions and we were left. the only people we could talk with were 100 meters down the street and they were security guards. they made it very stressful. we were forced to stand out side the hotel in the rain. one of the security guards said the hotel declined our reservation. all i want is my money back and we’ll leave it at that.

Absolutely awful...still waiting for refund

We had a security guard walk us to the unit since we had no directions what to do. There was no jey in the designated mailbox that we were emailed after 5pm. The unit has roaches. Pictures attached. There was something leaking under the kitchen sink. We were exhausted, disgusted and left after several hours spent to fet into the unit then the disappointment once we actually looked inside. We left that night also because we could not park in ANY of the garages since they only allow owners not the temporary tenants. This IS NOT what we were supposed to experience.
