Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Before leaving, dispose of trash in the bins, load and start the dishwasher, return furniture to its original place, turn off lights, and lock all doors.
Standard cleaning is included, but if the unit is left excessively messy or damaged, a $50–$250 fee may apply. Please return keys to the front desk or use the drop box outside the lobby.

The parking was simple and the air conditioning was very cool always. I prefer to have it warm though because AC makes me too cold. The room was very clean and the accommodation from the front desk was pleasing. I enjoyed the energy from every staff member I ran into. The whole experience was a blessing and we will be back as soon as we can. My mom got the opportunity to embrace the true aloha of Kauai. Thank you so much!!

The desk staff were very helpful with the check in process. I loved that I could borrow free beach equipment. The washer/dryer with complimentary detergent in the rooms was convenient. Even though the weather was very pleasant and not too hot outside, it was nice to have the air conditioning because I like it a little extra cool when I sleep.
