This is not a safe place to stay. They double booked my room, a gentleman entered our room - YES, HE HAD A CODE TO ENTER!!! Its an apartment complex that rents out rooms. Probably two steps up from section 8 housing in the Bronx.

I was very disappointed with this place from checking in to the cleanness of the Location and the price I pay for two days for 2 room was not worth it. No nothing not even coffee in the building and it was a luxury suite. It was more like a cheap motel.

There was a bed bug and a roach (both crawling and living) that I have sent emails of to the actual venue no response yet! Sadden to have spent my actual birthday in such conditions and there’s NO ONE onsite to assist you! This is NOTHING like the post NOTHING about this place is luxury!

We cleaned the floor of the terrace in our room 308 with the broom provided. It was full of cigarette butts. We did it thinking about your next guests... we highly recommend management to advise the cleaners to do the same. Other than that, the rest of our stay was perfect!!.

This is definitely an ideal place for a solo traveler for business or pleasure. Convenient to public transportation, local restaurants, and grocery. This is a pet friendly area. It has a nice state of the art gym inconvenience to two major hospitals. The only downside is there is no washer dryer available however there is a laundromat less than seven minute walking distance.

The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting, seeing dirty diapers along with many cigarettes out the window is crazy. For the price I was excepting it to much cleaner.
