Very nice staff. There was a big stain on the couch in our room, we didn't have any towels when we arrived and the rag to use in the kitchen was wet and already used by the previous clients. Our room door was very difficult to open and close.

Great apartments , friendly staff, central location . Absolute bargain compared to the more expensive hotels! Supermarket 20 metres away , drinks shop (alcohol 100m) Park etc 5mins walk. Highly recommend

Great apartment-style hotel in Kayseri. The location is convenient for city sights and public transit. The unit was well cared for and adequately supplied for simple cooking. The elevator is a bit noisy, but that was the only downside. Staff at reception speak minimal English - just enough to get you checked in.

Was surprised at how spacious the room was. Modern snd in great shape, even a washer/ dryer. The neighbourhood not too exciting but I found it perfect for a short stay.

This place closed to city room clean and big only negative things no private parking lot couldn't find receptionist when I was check out even i tried to come back after breakfast i recommended key box for check out not safe to leave room key on the table otherwise i can stay next time again here

Uzun bir araba yolculuğundan sonra dönüşte Kayseri de mola vermek için durduk. Konumu iyi bir yerde, temiz, kahvaltısı iyi. Ancak odalarda klima yok çok sıcaktı. Personeller bu konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve vantilatör tedarik ederek rahat etmemizi sağladılar personele ayrıca teşekkür ederiz bunun için. Klima dışında herşey iyiydi.

Rene værelser og nyt indretning. Eneste minus er der ikke er aircon. Og der var 40 grader , så rimelig varmt indendørs. Personalet er flinke, og fik en ventilator som selvfølgelig ikke klare opgaven på fod med en aircon.

Fiquei apenas duas noites e foi muito satisfatória a experiência staff muito gentil, apartamento limpo e com todas comodidades necessárias para ter uma boa estadia. Localização central e nas proximidades há várias opções de restaurantes e a 10 minutos de caminhada até o castelo de Kayseri. Café da manhã não está incluso mas se preferir pode tomar o café da manhã no próprio Apart hotel mediante ao pagamento de uma taxa extra. Recomendo este local a outros hospedes em relação ao custo x benefício fli muito bom.
