The unit and property worked well for our needs. The pictures should reflect updated property conditions. The pool was not operational nor maintained, the surrounding grounds were poor condition, the kitchen was less appointed than expected, and basic unit maintenance items needed to be attended to. Host communications were exceptional and requested feedback about the conditions of the unit were genuinely solicited and appeared to be appreciated upon providing specifics; again, basic maintenance and cleanliness in some areas. The bed was very comfortable, however the couch had stains and the sliding glass door lock did not work; there was a bar at the base though to prevent entry. The unit was very quiet for a good night's sleep and the general neighborhood felt safe. The location was optimal for groceries and fuel.

The room was extremely small with only 1 window, which was on the front door. I do not recommend the Basic Studio Suite. The room was clean but the furniture is sparse and could use updating. Amenities for the kitchen were minimal.

Not awful but not great, said there would be a code pot there was not! The check in process needs to be better communicated with the host the keyless door locks worked once then didn’t recognize the code I was given.
