Die gebuchte Unterkunft ist sehr einfach gehalten, was mir aber bei dem Preis durchaus bewusst war. Es war alles sehr sauber in der Unterkunft, inklusive Pool und Terrasse. Die Küchenzeile war neu. Es gab einen Gasherd mit 4 Kochfeldern, einen Kühlschrank, ein Eisfach, eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Auch die Betten waren bequem und nicht durchgelegen oder fleckig. Wir hatten 2 Reparaturen (Toilettenspülung und Steckdose), die sofort durchgeführt wurden. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Tennisplatz konnte kostenlos genutzt werden. Der direkte Zugang zum See ist toll. Wer Animation, Geschäfte etc. sucht, ist hier falsch. Manerba ist kein touristischer Ort.

Gardasee mal anders!

Der Villenpark (Apartmenthäuser) ist direkt am Gardasee, Westseite gelegen. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, Wünsche (Technik, Auskünfte) werden zeitnah erfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Für einen entspannten Urlaub (auch am Gardasee) ist das Umfeld sehr geeignet. Bei Buchung darauf achten, dass ein Apartmenthaus in Nähe des Gardasees zugeteilt wird.

Einfach Ausstattung dafür sehr gute Lage

Appartment mit sehr einfacher Ausstattung. Service ist freundlich und schnell aber etwas eingeschränkt. Perfekte Anlage kombiniert mit Campingplatz und 3 gut gepflegten Pools. Leider öffnen die Pools erst um 8:30 und schließen bereits um 19:00 uhr. Lage der Anlage perfekt in der Bucht von Manerba. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Not the most modern but clean and comfortable

It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car.

fantastisch uitzicht

De accommodatie is vrij sober en gedateerd, weinig stopcontacten en op de meest onlogische plekken geplaatst. Zo is het onmogelijk om evt. te strijken of het koffiezetapparaat te gebruiken. Verblijf voor een week was voldoende. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor kinderen prima vertoeven, zwembaden en toegang tot het meer. Geen faciliteiten aan het meer zoals huur waterfietsen etc.

Für die italienischen Momente....

Wir wohnten für 7 Tage in der Villa Mimosa. Minimal ausgestattet, Klimaanlage gegen Aufpreis, war im Juni noch nicht notwendig. Die Sauberkeit war für Italiener ok. Die defekte Toilettespülung wurde prompt (nach italienischen 5 Minuten) repariert. Das undichte Dach bemerkt man auch nur an 2 Tagen im Jahr (bei Gewitter im Juni). Dafür gibt es: atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den See, tolles Essen im Restaurant (zu günstigen Preisen), Terrasse mit schattenspenden Olivenbäumen oder Sonne pur auf dem Rasen vor dem Bungalow. Wenn man das strenge deutsche Auge zudrückt, erlebt man hier Italien von seiner idyllischen Seite.

Läget på dessa lägenheter var bra med bara 100 m ner till Gardasjön. Men det var ofräscht och småsmutsigt. AC i ett av två rum som slutade fungera mitt i natten. Avbokade efter första natten och hittade ett annat ställe som uppfyllde våra krav. Inga problem trots att det var bokat för 3 nätter.
