Can hear all communications between the rooms. Place needs to be insulated. If you are a light sleeper not the place for you . Very noisy

This location is across the street from WESTFIELD BALLY FAIR MALL and 2 blocks from SANTANA ROW. They have a laundry facilities on the property and workout gym. Free coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby with vending machines. Room has a microwave, electric stove, half sized freezer/refrigerator, desk and roll chair. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Iron board, iron and blow dryer included.

The Staff is awesome and we had to reach them by phone. The gated parking was perfect but note that it is not free. Very quiet, well kept. Hot water was instantaneous and great pressure. TV channels didn't all work. The only real complaint is that the bed was really hard.

As other reviews indicated The Room was very small and simple, it was clean but it is an old building so it's not updated look wise. However it was perfect for a work traveler that is looking for an affordable place, in a good location and will only sleep and is going to work from room when in there. It has an extra charge for parking and the staff it was friendly and helpful. They have a hard 3 pm check in, laundry room and a gym. I would stay here if I was coming for work
