Everything was good! Clean and safe feeling. The only negative i would say is the hottubs on our last night were not hot, is day only mildly warm. But that wouldn't make me not come back. It was lovely otherwise

Not a Caribbean stay - not remodeled/updated

Our room was not clean. The sink was backed up, there were hairs all over the couch bed. Bathroom/shower room very tiny. Shower curtain was old and dirty. Bath spigot still ran when you turned the shower on creating a mess. Outside of fridge was so dirty. It was difficult to get help in any of these areas. The booking was very misleading- you did not know you were booking someone’s private condo and that the hotel maintenance and people there would not be able to assist you with ANYTHING. Language barrier with the management company. Extremely unsettling stay
